I liked the location. .
I had a terribel time trying to call for a shuttle - I tried every ohone in the airport, my cell phone and Hertz counter staff did as well. After 45 very frustrating minutes I had to take a cab. The room was passably clean but sheets were tattered and carpet had a residue from cleaning. I would give this hotel only 2 stars out of 5. For the same amount of money I had a fabulous, first rate hotel in Sioux City.
The location, next to the airport was convenient
I would apreciate more/ better shampoo and stuff in the bathroom. I didnt ask for it but I think it should be there standard. Only one shampoo for two people is not enough. And a decent conditioner and body lotion would have been nice.
Nice facility and good location.
They did not have a record of our reservation that I had made online with Booked.net, but did still have a room available when we arrived at 10pm.
It was reasonable price and close to the airport
The early time for breakfast. We had a 6:10 a.m. flight and was pleasantly surprised that we could eat breakfast before we traveled o the airport.
Everything was fine.
The room design and the wonderful towels. I wrote to the La Quinta in Sacramento on Jibboom Street, where I usually stay when I fly out of Sac Airport - they need to upgrade their flimsy towels.
Even though I was given clear instructions, the hotel is set way back from the road and to someone like me, who wasn''t familiar with the area, it was hard to find. Need a sign nearer Abbott Street.
Staff was very friendly and quite knowledgeable about the airport. They were right on time with wake-up calls. The La Quinta, although near to the Omaha airport, was surprisingly quiet. We really loved that the hallways were air-conditioned: had not seen that before and it was much appreciated.
curtsey of the staff and use of facilities were extreamly excellent.
the hotel gave me a king bed and not two queens as reserved. this became a small problem. communication issue appparently between you and them.
Basic sleep-near-the-airport place, nothing fancy, polyester quilted bedspread, ugly decor. Wasn't disturbed and slept fine during the 8 hours I was there.
The first room they gave me was on a floor that reeked of cigarette smoke in the hallway; the room had a faint odor of it (through the chemical-deodorant room spray). I asked for another room and was accommodated on a non-smoking floor. The woman at the front desk was probably a smoker -- in any case, she wasn't very sympathetic when it came to switching the room.
Inn close to airport. Restaurant & gas station closeby
Breakfast poor--danish tasteless--toasters did not work
We are non smokers and had to stay in a smoking room. It got our travel off to a poor start
Our room faced the parking lot street, and we experienced traffic noise and lighting from parking lot was way too bright (came through drapes).
Such a brief visit, however accommodations were better than I expected....loved the early breakfast and hotel shuttle . Room very clean up-to-date in style and comfortable.
We chose to stay at a LaQuinta when everything in Omaha was booked. We have stayed at these hotels in the past and have been pleased. There was nothing good about this stay. There is a new "gentleman's club" that it shares a parking lot with. There were not enough towels, no roll away, it was dirty, staff at night for check in cared more about their own comfort than ours. We were given a king bed when there was 4 of us. She didn't acknowledge that upon arrival, when we asked to switch she said "now the next people will be mad at me". The other room reaked of smoke and the lock was broke to the adjoining room. We stayed in the king room for our safety and my husband slept on the floor. We were not offered extra sheets or pillows. We would have left if there a possibilty of getting a room somewhere else. I will never book a LaQuinta again. We used to recommend them.
